Hey,
You're an engineer who's quietly been making videos on the side. Or a creator who can actually read a stack trace. Either way, you've figured out that explaining a tricky technical concept to a camera is the most fun you can have at work, and you'd like to do it full-time.
We'd like that too.
We drive growth and create authentic technical content for the world's best tech companies. We write, we ship, and increasingly, we film. Our clients are the developer tools you've heard of and a lot of the ones you haven't yet. Our job is to make their products make sense to the engineers who'd love them.
Show up on camera and turn complex technical topics into videos people actually finish. YouTube long-form is the bread and butter. Think tutorials, deep dives, product walkthroughs, the occasional "what is this thing and why should you care." TikTok and Shorts come along for the ride: punchy, fast, the kind of thing that earns a follow in fifteen seconds.
You'd own videos end to end:
Content strategists on your team will work with you every step of the way so you're not alone. Some weeks you're filming a deep dive on small AI models. Others you're explaining what a webhook is in 45 seconds while making it look easy.
You've got real engineering chops. Could be a CS degree, could be five years shipping code, could be a portfolio of side projects that prove you get it. We don't care how you got the knowledge, just that it's there.
You're comfortable on camera. Not necessarily polished-news-anchor comfortable, just yourself, on camera, explaining things you find interesting.
You can break down a hard concept without dumbing it down. The best technical creators respect their audience's intelligence and their time.
You have a YouTube portfolio. Could be your channel, could be videos for a previous employer, could be a course you made. We want to see how you think on camera.
You're great with people. You'll work with clients, our team, and subject matter experts who range from "loves the camera" to "would rather be anywhere else." You make them all comfortable.
You're based in Europe and happy working remote.
You're an engineer who's been wanting to make the switch to content full-time. This is your sign.
You've worked with developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML, or data platforms.
You edit your own stuff, even badly. Taste matters more than software skills.
Salary: competitive, and we'll be specific once we talk
Holiday: 20 days a year, plus your local public holidays
Gear: we provide the recording kit — camera, mic, lighting, the works
Where: fully remote, anywhere in Europe
How we work: outcome-based. We care that the videos are great, not that you were online at 9am
We love what we do, which sounds like a line until you meet us. We're builders. We ship. We give each other real feedback. We don't do performative hustle and we don't do meetings that should have been a Loom.

No cover letter theatre, just show us how you think.
We read everything. We'll get back to you.
