We Don’t Pitch. We Show Receipts

Every engagement runs the same methodology: content inventory, keyword architecture, hub and spoke build-out, distribution, GEO monitoring. Here’s what that looks like in production.

Working with Hackmamba has been great. The traffic growth speaks for itself but what stood out was how deeply they understood our audience. They think like developers, and that made all the difference.

Where Your Buyers Are Looking

Your Buyers Are Getting Answers From AI. Are You In Those Answers?

Google confirmed in May 2026: optimizing for generative AI is still SEO. AEO is about structure, getting your content extracted as a direct answer. GEO is about surface area: LLMs cite what they find across multiple independent sources: Google rankings, Reddit threads, developer communities, third-party publications. Our distribution puts you in all of those places.

Traditional SEO

We build topical authority through hub and spoke content architecture, guest posts on high-DA developer publications, and long-tail keyword clusters mapped to developer buying intent. Broad category terms are earned once the cluster has the authority to rank.

Traditional SEO

GEO and AEO

Every piece is written with answer-first structure and schema markup for AI extraction. We secure citations and backlinks from authoritative industry websites so LLMs find your product referenced across multiple credible sources and surface it consistently.

GEO and AEO

Distribution

Every piece is distributed across Reddit, Hacker News, DEV.to, Hashnode, LinkedIn, our developer Discord, and newsletters. We find the threads where developers are already asking and contribute something genuinely useful.

Content That Works at Every Stage of How Developers Buy.

Developers research before they evaluate, and evaluate before they buy. Your content has to be present at all three stages.

01
Acquire

Get found at the point of search.

We map the exact queries your ICP types when they hit the problem your product solves. Hub and spoke architecture, long-tail first, content accurate enough to earn backlinks without asking for them.

02
Enable

Make your product the obvious answer.

Problem-specific tutorials and demos in the actual stacks your developers use. The kind of bottom-funnel content that moves buyers before your sales team gets involved.

03
Retain

Drive adoption past the signup.

Post-signup content that deepens product adoption, increases LTV, and gives enterprise buyers the technical depth they need to champion your product internally.

Our Non-Negotiable

We don’t publish AI slop. Every piece is written by developers with hands-on experience in the domain.

3,000+ technical writers with engineering and CS backgrounds, each matched to the stack they’ve actually worked in. A page about system design is written by someone who has built distributed systems. That’s what gives our content the technical depth developers recognize and cite, and why Roadmap earned 452,000 backlinks without a single outreach email.

FAQ

Questions we hear from heads of marketing, content leads, and DevRel teams evaluating a tech content marketing agency.

We match every piece to a writer who has worked in that stack professionally. The content reads differently because it is written from real implementation experience. That depth is what makes content rank, earn backlinks, and get cited by AI systems without needing a separate strategy for each outcome. We also run distribution across Reddit, Hacker News, DEV.to, and developer communities as part of every engagement.
We start with keyword research, identify the search intent behind each topic, and build a brief covering the target keyword, developer audience, content outline, and the product angle. The brief goes to a matched technical writer. Every piece goes through a Surfer SEO optimization pass before it is published. Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 days from brief to live. You have full visibility into every stage inside whatever tool your team already uses. Read our technical content creation process
Yes. We work inside Trello, Linear, Notion, Asana, or wherever your content operations already live. Most of our clients have an internal team running strategy and editorial direction. We plug in as the production and distribution layer without changing how the internal team operates.
We track organic traffic growth, keyword ranking movement by position, referring domain growth, AI Overview citation frequency across Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini, and downstream conversion metrics like developer signups attributed to specific content. We report on all of these across every engagement.
It depends on your domain authority and how competitive your keyword clusters are at the start. We structure every engagement to go after long-tail, high-intent keywords first, where your site can rank within weeks, then build toward broader category terms as topical authority accumulates. Every engagement is scoped to what is achievable in your current authority window.
Yes, and it is the most common setup. Internal teams handle strategy, product positioning, and editorial direction. We handle volume, technical depth, and distribution. The split means your team focuses on what only they can do, and output scales without adding headcount.
Our minimum monthly retainer is $5,000, which includes 4 technical blog posts along with distribution efforts.
