When DevRel needs a team
Community, tutorials, events, product feedback and reporting compete for one calendar. The team stays busy while core programs move slowly.
Docs gaps, unclear examples and slow answers push developers out before the first API call, query, integration or deployment.
Developer adoption architecture
We give each stage an owner, a program and an outcome your team can measure.
Find the BottleneckStage 01
A developer finds your product while researching a real problem. We map the questions, communities and technical topics that create qualified discovery.
Outcome: qualified developer reach
Stage 02
They check your docs, GitHub, tutorials, reviews and community. We give them enough technical evidence to choose the product for a real build.
Outcome: product signups and trial starts
Stage 03
They reach first value through a working API call, query, integration or deployment. We remove the friction that creates drop-off and support tickets.
Outcome: activation and time to first value
Stage 04
Active users teach teammates, publish examples, speak at events and bring the product into new projects.
Stage 05
Questions, support threads and usage patterns become decisions for product, documentation, onboarding and content.
Outcome: faster feedback and higher adoption

What clients say
Hackmamba are great at driving content strategy from inception to execution, and they are very reasonable on pricing. A great fit for an early stage dev-tools startup!

Questions we get
Our DevRel engagements start at $12,000. The final cost depends on the scope, programme length, and the services involved.
They will know who they are speaking with because we use our own names. Every person representing your product learns the domain, uses the product and answers from direct experience.
Most communities need three to six months of deliberate programming before regular conversations become consistent. The first fifty engaged members usually set the pattern for the next five hundred.
Yes. We often extend a team of one or two, own a defined part of the program or run the function while an internal hire is made.
We need a product demo, access to the teams closest to users, current funnel data and any existing strategy documents. If the strategy is missing, we build it first.
We will review your product, audience and developer journey. You leave with the stage to fix first and the program that fits it.
