CHALLENGE

  • Endform’s founders were balancing content with building the CLI, execution infrastructure, and analytics platform, leaving limited time for consistent publishing.
  • New articles were published roughly once every two weeks, with drafts often waiting at the editing stage.
  • Topic selection was driven largely by what the founders were working on rather than search demand and conversations happening across the Playwright ecosystem.
  • High-intent searches around Playwright runners and competitor comparisons were not being systematically targeted.
  • Endform needed writers who understood Playwright, test execution, parallelisation, and the technical considerations developers evaluate when choosing testing infrastructure.
  • Emerging topics such as Playwright MCP and agentic testing also required moving faster than traditional keyword data.

SOLUTION

  • Hackmamba started by learning Endform’s product, execution model, and the technical problems Playwright teams face around parallelisation, flaky tests, and reporting.
  • We audited Endform’s existing content, on-page SEO, competitor coverage, backlinks, and answer-engine visibility to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • We prioritized high-intent content first, including comparison pages such as Endform vs. Checkly, to reach developers actively evaluating Playwright runners.
  • We tracked conversations across the Playwright ecosystem to identify emerging opportunities before search-volume data caught up, including Playwright MCP and agentic testing.
  • When Microsoft retired Azure Playwright Testing, we published an alternatives guide while affected teams were actively evaluating migration options.
  • We introduced repeatable briefs, content templates, and a defined review workflow to reduce the publishing burden on Endform’s founders and maintain a consistent cadence.
  • As content started generating traffic, we used actual site performance to refine topics and decide where to focus production next.

RESULTS

  • Doubled overall site visitors within four months of working with Hackmamba.
  • Grew Google search traffic to nearly 4× its previous level.
  • Replaced an irregular publishing schedule with a consistent content cadence.
  • Published timely content around Playwright MCP, agentic testing, and the retirement of Azure Playwright Testing.
  • Several articles gained traction in the Playwright communities Endform wanted to reach.
  • Established a repeatable system for identifying topics, reviewing content, and publishing without relying on the founders to write each article.

Endform doubled site visitors and grew Google search traffic to nearly 4× in four months through developer-focused SEO, timely Playwright content, and consistent publishing.
