CHALLENGE

  • Lumana was posting about once a week on X and Instagram and twice a week on LinkedIn when Hackmamba started managing its social media.
  • Most posts focused on product releases, which limited the range of topics Lumana could publish between announcements.
  • The content mix relied on written posts and illustrations, with limited use of carousels, video, polls, and other formats.
  • The team wanted Lumana to appear more often in the feeds of its audience and build a more consistent presence across its social channels.

SOLUTION

  • Hackmamba worked with Lumana to review its social performance and identify areas where competitors were getting stronger engagement.
  • We increased Lumana’s publishing cadence, including moving LinkedIn from around two posts a week to twice-daily publishing.
  • We expanded the content calendar beyond product releases to cover a wider range of topics.
  • We introduced more carousels, videos, polls, and interactive posts alongside written posts and illustrations.
  • We adapted content across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram instead of relying on the same format across each platform.
  • We used engagement data to identify the topics and formats worth producing more often.

RESULTS

  • LinkedIn generated 322,179 impressions between July 15 and October 12, an 80.4% increase over the previous period.
  • LinkedIn reactions increased 185.2% to 10,696 during the same period.
  • Comments increased 127.6% to 421.
  • Reposts reached 28 and remained level with the previous period.
  • Lumana achieved these gains after increasing its publishing cadence and expanding its mix of topics and content formats.
